5. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund. It must be returned unused and in its original packing. Please contact us at info@ski-walker.com to inform us of your wish to return the goods. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery. Return postage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Refunds will be made in accordance with the method of payment used.

6. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and ATC will take place upon the despatch of the products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order. We may not be able to accept your order or part order due to one of the following reasons (a) The product you ordered is out of stock (b) authorisation of your payment failed (c) we made a pricing or product description error (d) you are not eligible to order from ATC. If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our customer services.

We make a commitment to protect your privacy and promise only to use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the European Privacy and Electronic Communications (2002/58/EC) and other laws and regulations that may come into force from time to time. Please note that all credit/debit card information that you provide upon payment is dealt with by Paypal in a secure environment, and ATC have no access to this information.
